The Creative Capacity Library is for leaders, facilitators, and teams in nonprofit, civic, and educational spaces who want to work as a group to tackle a challenge facing their organization.
It can be difficult for teams to get creative work done when they are also trying to think about how to get that work done. The Creative Capacity Library is a collection of practical toolkits designed to guide teams through certain creative processes so they can focus on the outcome. Each resource offers step-by-step activities, frameworks, and prompts drawn from workshops and experiences we’ve run with real partners.
Who is this for?
The toolkits make it easy to walk through a process to get your team to a new idea, new set of insights, or test something you’ve been thinking about.
Why use a toolkit?
By using the Creative Capacity Library, you’ll build your team’s confidence in creative thinking, improve collaboration, and develop practical solutions tailored to your context.
